We have more than 130 years of experience in wire forming technology – we would like to pass this on. With a training quota of ten percent, the family-owned company Wilh. Kämper GmbH u. Co KG attaches particular importance to the promotion and training of its own junior staff.
To ensure that our trainees are always on the road safely, this year’s trainee day took place in Unna as part of a driving safety training course. Afterwards, we concluded the day with a pleasant barbecue evening. This also gave the newcomers the opportunity to get to know the other trainees and exchange ideas.
